A: Most customers provide the shoes. If you’d like us to provide them, pricing will vary by brand and style.

A: Pricing depends on rhinestone coverage, shoe size, design complexity, specialty stones, and whether the outsole (bottom) is blinged.

A: Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and begin your custom order.

A: Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days after the deposit is paid and shoes are received. Rush service may be available.

A: Custom work is final sale due to the personalized nature of each design.
