A: Yes! I provide the shoes for most orders. If you have a specific brand, style, or color in mind, I can usually source it for you. If you already have a pair you’d like customized, I’m happy to work with those too. Pricing may vary depending on the shoe and design.

A: Yes. Most custom orders require a twenty-five dollar non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

A: Pricing depends on rhinestone coverage, shoe size, design complexity, specialty stones, and whether the outsole (bottom) is blinged.

Because each pair is handcrafted, personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-personalized custom shoes may be exchanged for a different size, when available, through my Perfect Fit Policy.

A: Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days after the deposit is paid and shoes are received. Rush service may be available.
